PAYMENTS OF RATES

  • The Tenant agree  upon in advance paying for rent rate the sum decided in the contract.

  • The monthly invoicing or by the asked for time will take place at the time of the company/signature of the contract and the same must be cancelled in advance.


DEPOSIT IN GUARANTEE

  • The  Tenant  will have to pay in advance a deposit in guarantee by the same sum of the rented time. If the contract were greater of a month the deposit it will be the equivalent to a month of rent.

  • This deposit in guarantee will not generate interests and PA& P will be able to apply it for the payment or fulfillment  for any outstanding financial obligations THE CLIENT TENANT may owe PA&P upon finishing the contract or the rental agreement.  

TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY

  • The Tenant will have to take care of each and every one of the parts that integrate the apartment, which includes the equipment, accessories, furniture that uses and the common areas of the building.   The Tenant does not have to alter any of these parts.  

FINISHING THE CONTRACT

  • The Tenant  will have to give the apartment leaving it in the same conditions in which they were given to his arrival.

  • If the Tenant leaves hers o his properties hers or of his guests within the apartment, theirs  authorizes to PA& P so that he has these properties as he chooses, to name of the Tenant  without PA& P has responsibility some in front of the client by these properties.

  • To give back the keys of the apartment.
