Property Management

Panama Apartments and Properties provides both administrative and management services of properties to foreigners and Panamanians. Part of our service is to advise owners on market behavior and the amount of rent to charge for the property. Each apartment owner must supply the fully equipped apartment and must maintain the standards required by PA & P (he provides a list of all the utensils). Additionally, the owner must cover the cost of electricity, cable TV Internet, fumigation, maintenance of air conditioners and building maintenance.
