In Panama Apartments and Properties we provide administration and management of properties to foreigners and Panamanians. Part of our service is to advise owners on market behavior and the fee can be negotiated with the tenants. Each apartment owner must supply the fully equipped apartment and must maintain the standards required by PA & P (he provides a list of all the utensils). Additionally, the owner must cover the cost of electricity, cable TV Internet fumigation, maintenance of air conditioners and building maintenance.

  • Coordinate visits to the apartments with the tenants.
  • Verify with the tenants to keep the inventory of his property.
    Periodic inspections of the property during rental to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep

  • Monthly report of revenue and expenditure.
  • Deposits to your bank account of your income.
  • Services furnished complete your apartment.

Rates

10%  (Monthly)

Includes: advertising and marketing, customer relocation to apartments, rental charges, making statements of income, deposit to your bank account, property supervision.

Fund for Unexpected Expenses

Each apartment will have an Unexpected Expenses could be incurred for motives of reparations and maintenance the apartment. The fund will be $ 500.
